The printing inks can be widely used to various speed of print with different solvent of print. The speed of print from 30m/minute to 200m/minute, all of inks can be dried completely. And they are suitable to different depth of gravure plate, from 15μm to 50μm.

Notes:

1.please pay more attention to solution-remaining and the adhesion when using dimethyl benzene.
2. when printing with the inks, you would better to pour into excessive solvent. Please use reducer if need to reduce the color.

XCF-2XXX suitable to print on medium and high-speed print press

The instruction of using and some notes:
1. XCF inks are limited to be used to print these package of dried food, cool cake and common fast food, not suitable to print these package of hot and steamed wheaten foods, containing fat foods and permeability-matter.
2. XCF inks are manufactured for compound matter package, not suitable to surface print.
3. For the print of a little ink used and smaller press, please use slower-dry solusion to avoid increasing consistency and backing away press because of contacting with air for long time and getting water from air.
