This Product is based PA Resin ( Polyamide resin)suitable to 10m/min to 80m/min different Printing Speed , suitable to national rubber plate and photosensitive resin plate , based alcohol .

Print base matter :

1.      Surface treated PEHDPEPP films .

2.      Polyester ( PET) film

3.      Cellophane Paper

Technical sheet :

1.      Viscosity : 15-35 ( 3# Zahn Cup)  ,tempreture : 25

2.      Fineness : 5-20 um

3.      Adhensive : good >= 95% .

The instruction of mixxing thinners for this product :

Normally , the best Percentage :

Isopropyl alcohol : Butyl alcohol : Toluene = 80:10:10

Note : Let all the thinners mixed well first ,then mixed all of them with ink .

      Usually , the percentage of thinners and ink is 30% .
